What lies beneath is the idea of creating a space which will enable an actual creation of a better/creative/free/hallucinative/real world which we dream of. The coordinators- who used to organize street parties around the city and their identity changes from time to time - believe that a radical thought doesn't have to be expressed in the direct common ways, and that a good party can b much more than simple hedonism.
